What you need to know about Cruises
- IMPORTANT: When booking, please provide each passenger’s full name, date of birth, passport/ID number, and nationality — these details are required by port authorities to issue cruise permission.
- Please provide your email address to receive the booking voucher with all details. The QR code will be sent one day before the tour and will serve as your ticket.
- The cruise is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of bad conditions. If you’re pregnant, traveling with a child under 2, prone to seasickness, or have mobility or health issues, please check the forecast and consult our team before booking.
- For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to make your celebration special with a complimentary branded gift.
- Please arrive on time, as we cannot delay departure due to port regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by guests or unforeseen events.
- Maximum group size: 20 travelers.
- If your booking includes a transfer, our office will contact you in advance with pickup details. We have designated meeting points in each area — please confirm yours by calling +30 694 504 0555.
- If you’re arriving without transfer, please be at the departure port at least 20 minutes before the cruise starts. Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets, as we cannot delay departure due to port authority rules.
- Please note that the menu and food presentation may vary at our discretion without prior notice.
- For urgent matters or meeting point questions, contact us anytime — we’re always happy to assist.
- Occasionally, the boat type may change, but it will always remain within the same comfort and quality category.
- Please note: From April 1st to April 14th, all sunset cruises, and from September 1st to October 31st, all sunset and afternoon cruises, will depart 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
