1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Full Refund:
    Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental or activity start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled start time may receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Lat35.eu

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling the activity for another available date

3. Modifications

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
